Cabaret Cave:
Cabaret Cave is a purpose modified natural cave within
Yanchep National Park. The cave was modified, (concrete
floor, doors, wall seating) in the 1930's and has traditionally
been used for dinners and dances. It has two connected chambers
with a single entrance. There is lighting and power but no
water to the cave. Toilets are located outside the cave, approximately
50 meters away.
This cave is part of the natural system of Yanchep
National Park and as such, requires a responsible
code of behavior to be followed whilst using the cave. |

There are restrictions on the use of the cave. These are described
in detail on the attached application forms.

The Atrium:
Our new Atrium features large bi-folding glass doors
overlooking our gardens and Lake Wagardu. This room has magnificent high glass
frontage with equally high ceilings that bring the outside in.
It is truely a "Room with a View". The room can seat 110 guests
or 150 for a cocktail style function.

Yanchep Inn's Banquet Room:
Located on the ground floor of the Yanchep Inn,
this magnificent room has charm and grace overlooking the
lawns of this historic Inn. The Banquet room is perfect for
a medium size function of 70 guests or up to 90 guests for
a cocktail function. |

Yanchep Inn's Breakfast Room:
For a smaller informal function this is the ideal room. Situated
on the ground floor of the Yanchep Inn, this
room features Tudor style windows and the feel of elegance.
This room can seat 15 guests or 25 guests for a cocktail function.
We have a wide selection of menus and can design a special
menu in consultation with our executive Chef.

Included in the hire fee is the hire of function room, linen
table cloths, high quality paper dinner napkins, set up and
clean up of room, plus full professional function staff.
Hire charges are GST inclusive.
